Located on the northeastern coast of Banana Island facing the Lagos Lagoon. The site has a land area of 6,375.8m2. This mixed use development will serve two functions, commercial office and residential in the creation of a Live à Work à Play campus. The commercial office building will have a net rentable space of approximately 4,000M2 of leasable area with approximately 100 covered parking spaces. The floor plates will be large open plans to allow for flexible office layouts and accommodate varying business type. The residential building will comprise of four (4) residential units. Three executive (3) corporate rental units and one penthouse (duplex) unit set on 2,000m2 of land set on 3 floors and a minimum of 15 parking spaces. The executive corporate rental units will be 2-3 bedroom apartments with expansive living spaces. There will be a Penthouse unit comprising the upper-most floor. Minimum floor heights are to be 2.74m in the rental units and minimum of 2.92m in the penthouse units
